Scientific and Engineering Base

The computer-assisted engineering is widely used in JSC ALTAIR NRESRI at all times of article development. The management of the Enterprise taking in consideration of the fact that only with the help of the contemporary information technologies and CAD system (computer-aided design system) it would be possible to ensure high technical level of scientific product and its marketability and to realize the shortest periods of its design, pays constant attention to the development of this direction.

At present, the automated workstations (AWS) have been organized  in the scientific, design, technological subdivisions, in technical document division, accounting department, planning and economic department, personnel department, labor and wages department, accountant and other subdivisions of the Enterprise. Our Enterprise has local computer network, which combined AWS of many subdivisions.

All automated workstations are provided with contemporary personal computers, and also with large quantity of peripherical units, first of all with the printers of types from A4 to A0. Network resources are ensured by the highly productive servers which fulfill control function of network, ensure the operation of the specialized information systems of the Enterprise as well as work of the network software.

AWS software gives the possibility to design and issue the design documentation of the most complex units on a tight schedule. We use such program systems as AutoCAD, T-Flex, SolidWorks, CosmosWorks, CosmosFloWorks, P-CAD, TG Builder as well as  numerous specialized CAD software developed by the programmers of JSC ALTAIR NRESRI.

The Enterprise provides for  works of implementation of CALS technologies, first of all to develop PDM system, which is realized on the basis of adapted for the conditions of JSC ALTAIR NRESRI system of engineering data control and by  life cycle of PLM PILOT article.

From the majority of ASW developing subdivisions of the Institute it becomes possible to access to the information support system of the designer. That system provides rapid obtaining of varried normative-technical and other information. The system is designed with the application of contemporary Internet-technologies and constantly developed and improved.
